Vegan educator and plant based consultant. In 2017 she began her journey to develop and expand the awareness of healthy eating and plant-based diets. To promote her aims she launched her company - LivingveggiebyAnia. With easy to follow online cooking courses, nutritional workshops, private online consultations and Plant Power Academy she wants to spread the message that vegan food is not only healthy but also can be tasty, easy to prepare and can change the quality of our life.

Sandra Lim - Panellist

Sandra Lim is an entrepreneur, plant-based chef, recipe developer and Pilates instructor. She is the creator of Livefruitfully.sg website, where she hopes to spark individuals’ curiosity and passion for plant-based recipes and travels.

The Panel discussion will be followed by a short virtual tour of the VertiVegies vertical farm by its Marketing Manager, Mark Wee.
